When you partner with New Leaf to administer your OEM service, you transfer the risk of costly repairs over to an A-rated insurance carrier, and with predictable post-sale costs you can look forward to improved profitability and say goodbye to expensive in-warranty repairs.

Service Contracts: With customizable programs, we have a unique solution for you. Even if you're not ready to begin selling in-store yourself, New Leaf can build and house a custom-built and branded payment portal to process warranty sales with a monthly commission on the sales paid back to you. ​
OEM Service Support
When you partner with New Leaf to provide your OEM service, you get an experienced partner that will recruit, train and build out a manufacturer-authorized network that is specialized in repairing your products. From the very beginning, you'll have a dedicated Client Services Manager to guide your implementation, a dedicated toll-free for your customers and a priority support team for the servicers in your network, as well as failure frequency and failure detail reporting sent directly to your email every month, so you can see exactly how your products are performing.
Service Contracts
When you partner with New Leaf to offer your service contracts, you're offering peace-of-mind to your customers as you extend the relationship beyond the initial product purchase, building brand loyalty that just can't be bought. Service contracts are high-margin sales (typically our partners make between 30 to 55 points of margin on our service contracts) and with nearly no implementation costs or inventory management from you, its just a no-brainer to offer your own service contracts.
