Here at New Leaf, we work hard to provide a positive experience for our employees in appreciation for all their efforts. Call Center Supervisor
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing call center agents pertaining to customer support via all contact types (Calls, Chats and Emails), ensuring highest productivity and efficiency, ensuring all contact service levels are met/exceeded, defining action plans around agent metric improvements at or better than defined standards. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, efficient and timely methods while protecting company profits. Develops and mentors call center agents, ensuring tasks are completed timely, including weekly/monthly meetings with agents and appropriate actions are consistently taken to improve agent performance.
We're looking for an outgoing, fun-loving person that oversees the development of agents based on a quality assurance and ongoing developmental growth through skill progression, job aids and analysis of errors to ensure the highest level of accuracy and performance. They will also help to identify areas of opportunity where additional coaching and development is needed.
Service Technician Locator
Service Locating Agents will serve as a point of contact for locating appliance and electronic service providers, not currently in the company’s network, to work with New Leaf customers in areas where there may be a limited or non-existent coverage. Duties may include recruiting and on boarding of appliance and consumer electronics service providers in the designated void areas, creating and updating servicer profiles in the system. Maintain updated and accurate information for service providers in the system.
